Crock Pot Roast

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Roast Round chuck roast is usually best but other cuts with a good amount of marbling will give you a tender roast
  • 1 C Chicken Broth (my favorite brand is better than Bouillon Roasted Chicken Base)
  • 1 medium Onion Chopped or sliced in wedges.
  • 1-2 C Baby Carrots
  • 3-4 medium potatoes
  • 1-2 tbsp minced garlic
  • Kansas Flavor Season Salt

Instructions
 

  • Place Roast, veggies and Garlic in Crock pot. Pour 1 C. Chicken Broth on top. Sprinkle all with Kansas Flavor Seasoning Salt. Cook on Low for 6-8 hrs. Time will Vary due to the size of your roast. Meat will be tender and easily pull apart when ready. (if it is tough you need to cook it longer) You can always thicken the broth for an amazing gravy.
