Crockpot Buffalo Chicken Dip

Equipment

  • 1 Crockpot

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pkg Cajun Marinade
  • 1 LB raw chicken breast
  • Cup Water
  • 16 oz Cream Cheese
  • Splash your favorite hot sauce or buffalo sauce
  • Tortilla chips

Instructions
 

  • Place chicken breast in crock pot, pour 1/3 Cup water, and lightly sprinkle with Kansas Flavor Cajun Marinade (dont use the whole pack)
  • Cook on low for 4-6 hour until chicken reaches appropriate temp.
  • Shred chicken (Chicken will shred easily with a fork when finished or use a hand mixer for a quick shred)
  • Add 2 blocks of Cream Cheese, spash of your favorite hot sauce or buffalo sauce and sprinkle more marinade until it reaches the spice level you desire and return crockpot to warm.
  • Serve with celery, chips, and crackers.
