Kansas Flavor Sloppy Joes

- 1 Lb Ground Beef
- 2 tsp. minced Garlic
- ¼ C Finely Chopped Onion
- sprinkle Kansas Flavor Rub it Raw 1-2 tsp
- ¾ C. Ketchup
- 2 Tbsp Vinegar
- 5-6 Tbsp Brown Sugar
- 2 Heaping TBSP Flour
Brown Ground Beef on medium heat with Garlic and Chopped Onion. While cooking add a little Kansas Flavor Rub it Raw. You will add more once you drain the grease.
Remove skillet from the stove and drain excess grease. Return beef back to the skillet and return to the stove.
Lower the heat and add remaing ingredients except the flour. Stir well then add the flour. Simmer on low heat for about 20 minutes. Add more Rub it Raw if needed.
Serve over Buns. Great with French Fries. You can also add Kansas Flavor Bread and Butter Jalapenos for a sweet heat.
