Rub it Raw Stuffed Chicken Bombs

Equipment

  • 1 Meat Tenderizer
  • saran wrap
  • grill or oven

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Pkg Chicken Breast (trimmed and butterflied)
  • 1 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 pkg Thick Cut Bacon
  • Kansas Flavor Rub it Raw

Instructions
 

  • Trim and Butterfly Chicken. Cover with saran wrap and lightly pound out flip and repeat. (The saran wrap or plastic bag prevents chicken splatter)
    Once chicken has been pounded out remove the saran wrap sprinkle with Kansas Flavor Rub it Raw on one side. Then spread a layer of cream cheese. Roll your chicken and wrap with bacon. Use Toothpicks that have been soaked in water to hold in place. Now sprinkle More Kansas Flavor Rub it Raw on the outside of the Chicken Wrap.
  • Grill over Low flame or Bake in a moderate oven till chicken reaches 165 degrees.
