Clean Chicken of extra fat or skin. Rub Chicken in Kansas Flavor Rub it Raw. If your Chicken is dry moisten first with a little water to get the Rub to stick. You can also pre prem this 1st step for extra marinating time. Or you can move right strait to cooking either way will be fabulous. Grill, Smoke or Bake. to the internal temperature of 165*I love mine as is sliced on a salad or wrap. This is also great topped with your favorite BBQ sauce. During the summer I grill a few extra pieces of Chicken for easy lunch wraps or salads. I keep them wrapped in saran wrap in the refrigerator or freezer and slice just before serving for easy meal prep on the go.
