Kansas Flavor Garlic Cream Cheese Stuffed Pork Loin

- 1 3-5 lb Pork loin trimmed and Butterflied.
- 1 Pkg Kansas Flavor Garlic Ranch Marinade 2 T. Per stick of cream cheese
- 1-2 8 oz Cream Cheese (I use 2 when I have a larger Pork Loin)
- 1-2 lb Bacon (depends on this size of your Pork Loin)
- Kansas Flavor Seasoning Salt
Preheat Oven to 350*Trim Pork of extra fat. Butterfly Pork Loin and sprinkle both side with Kansas Flavor Seasoning Salt. In a mixing bowl, use a hand mixer and mix 2 T. of Kansas Flavor Garlic Ranch Marinade per each 8 oz stick of Cream Cheese. (I will usually double for a larger Pork Loin)Spread Garlic Cram Cheese mixture on the inside of the butterflied Pork Loin. Fold Pork Loin together with Cream Cheese on the center. Place on a greased 9×13 pan. Wrap outside in Bacon and lightly sprinkle with more kansas Flavor Seasoning Salt. Place in heated oven and cook until internal temperature reaches 145*. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
