Veggie Cream Cheese Croissant Appetizer

Equipment

  • Jelly Roll or 9×13 pan
  • hand mixer

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Pkg Pillsbury Croissant Sheets
  • 2 8oz Package Cream Cheese
  • 4 Tbsp Kansas Flavor Garlic Ranch Marinade
  • Broccoli Slaw
  • Cherry Tomatoes Sliced
  • Cucumbers peeled and chopped in small pieces
  • Green, Red, Orange or Yellow peppers chopped Small
  • green onion chopped

Instructions
 

  • Roll out Croissant Sheets and pat in bottom of a jelly roll pan or large cookie sheet. Poke holes work a fork to prevent air bubbles. Bake at 350 degrees approximately 10-12 Minutes. let Cool
  • Mix Cream Cheese with the Kansas Flavor Garlic Marinade using a hand mixer I usually add a splash or two of milk to help the mix spread. Once the Croissant has cooled spread the Garlic Cream Cheese mixture on top. Now top with your favorite veggies. Cut in small squares and serve cold.
